- Create and update SOPs and deliverables necessary for the organization. Update formatting to reflect consistent, unified style, voice, and branding across all documentation.
- Write and edit content as needed across the organization for presentations, maintenance and security alerts, guides, documentation, etc., often requiring quick turnaround for unexpected events.
- Edit and proof the deliverables of other team members, including flyers, videos, and graphics.
